Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank

The cleanliness of my room was excellent, making my stay so comfortable.

The bathrooms lack a proper counter or surface to place your personal items, quite inconvenient.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Johannesburg, had much fun. The staff was particularly helpful and attentive, offered to visit some nice places. The location was amazing in the fantastic area. Rosebank district was worth exploring.

it was in a central location, adjacent to a nice mall. what's more, it was just next door to the vibey restaurant and coffee shop, high end shopping all in walking distance, and south africa.

My stay was primarily to explore the local attractions, and I was impressed by how convenient the location is for getting around. Just a short walk takes you to the Rosebank Catholic Church and Circa, both must-visit spots while in the area. The room was spacious, featuring two double beds and a comfortable seating area. The on-site restaurant, Proud Mary, is definitely worth visiting for a meal, as the dining experience there was good with excellent menu recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was absolutely brilliant, fairly clean, with fantastic location to help you with everything. The a double room was exceptional, included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Location: the property was so close to public transport and high end shopping all in walking distance, coffee shop, and all restaurants and the mall:)))

We had a room overlooking city, the hotel was well-designed and pretty. Was an excellent base for trip.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

The breakfast experience was really good, with delicious a la carte options alongside fresh pastries and juice. Though we enjoyed our meals, the music level in dining areas was disruptive was good. Parking was convenient with quick access, but a bit more soundproofing would have improved our experience.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.

It was just a perfect match for a walk in the evening in Johannesburg with great value-to-price ratio. The restaurant served fresh food, made meals enjoyable-definitely a highlight! Make sure to check if breakfast is included in your reservation to avoid any confusion during checkout.

The Premium King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious, a plus for our family. I loved that it had a separate sitting area for our daughter to chill out. The room also came with a Nespresso machine-such a nice touch! The breakfast at Proud Mary was a highlight, with tasty options and a la carte choices, good. Just wish the bathroom had a bit more counter space for our toiletries. That was a little inconvenient.

It was just an appropriate option for a city break in Johannesburg with value for price. The location was a big plus, making it easy to access nearby attractions like local markets and parks.

Staying at hyde was a great experience! The location in rosebank is super convenient, right near the reception ladies. The spacious premium king room had a separate area for our daughter. A nespresso machine that was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when they drove us in a golf buggy to the nearby marble restaurant for safety.

Luxurious room, convenient location, as the stay was enjoyable with thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine and quick access to nearby attractions, just a short stroll takes you to Rosebank, making city exploration effortless.

Absolutely nothing to criticize.

The room was spacious and modern, with a nice view from the 7th floor. It's located right next to the rosebank mall, made dining really convenient. The complimentary golf cart ride to nearby restaurants was a nice touch, too.

great staff but some noise issues

The staff were terrific! They helped arrange transport and provided great advice for navigating the area. The cleanliness of my room was excellent. I also enjoyed the meal at the Proud Mary restaurant downstairs. The food was great and service was friendly.

There were some noise issues from the nearby street, which could be disruptive at times.
